Inside one of our Virtual Conference rooms, you can speak to other users, hear them as they speak and interact with web sites and PowerPoint presentations. All in crystal-clear sound that is better than many telephone connections. 

With the "co-browser" of the system, you can display web-sites and PowerPoint presentations to other users in the room instantaneously. The system even allows you to demonstrate secure "member-only" sites, provided that site allows multiple user-logins under the same account. You can even hide the URL of the site you are demonstrating and disable the browser to maintain security over your information.

Traditional Text chat is available for those who do not have a microphone or prefer not to speak. This can be either public chat or private chat. Administrators of the room have the ability to turn off private text chatting. 

The entire session, including all voice, public text chat, and co-browser activity, can be easily recorded and published to the Internet for "OnDemand" viewing. This means that anyone who missed the session can see and hear the entire event afterwards, and those that were present can review it at any time.
